Electronic artist Christian Löffler is releasing his new album ‘Parallels’ in February, and ahead of the launch label Deutsche Grammophon has created a web app for people to remix some of its music. Specifically one track, ‘Moldau’, with a set of sliders to turn up and down its bass drum, bassline, synth pads and other elements.

When they’ve created something they like, they can save and share the results – a #parallelsrework hashtag will gather together these fan creations on social media, with Löffler promising to share some of his favourites via his channels. “I think it’s quite an intuitive and easy process that allows combining centuries-old orchestral recordings as well as my own electronic textures into new, unique arrangements,” he said.
