Amazon recently announced that its annual ‘Prime Day’ event will be held on 21-22 June (yes, it’s not just one day), and now it has revealed plans for a high-profile music element.

Prime Day Show will be a “three-part immersive musical event” starring Billie Eilish, H.E.R. and Kid Cudi, released through Amazon’s Prime Video service.

These aren’t livestreams, but rather pre-recorded performances with big concepts and production values. Eilish’s will be set in Paris; H.E.R.’s in Los Angeles’ famous Dunbar Hotel; and Kid Cudi’s on the moon – complete with accompaniment from the International Space Orchestra.

Amazon will bring these shows out in front of its paywall: they’ll be streaming on Twitch as well as to non-Prime members. Eilish is dropping an exclusive merch collection on Amazon as part of the event too.
