From the Beatles, Beyoncé and Billie Eilish to BTS, Bob Marley and a host of artists that don’t begin with the letter ‘B’, fitness tech firm Peloton has been building a catalogue of artist-branded workouts under its ‘Artist Series’ banner. Now it’s got competition from Apple. The latter is launching its own series of artist-focused workouts in its recently-launched Fitness+ service.

Engadget reports that Lady Gaga, Keith Urban, Alicia Keys and Jennifer Lopez will be the first to be featured, with the first workouts going live on 28 June.

The 20-30 minute sessions will be available across different exercises, from cycling and treadmill workouts to yoga and dance. As with other workouts on Fitness+, each one will make it easy for people to listen to the tracks on Apple Music after they finish.

Music Ally’s next Learn Live webinar will help you understand what’s required for artists to thrive in new international markets!
