deezer flow moods

Deezer has had its Flow feature for a long time now: a radio-style ‘infinite’ stream of music based on a listener’s habits. Now it is getting an offshoot called Flow Moods, pitched as an “emotional jukebox” that only plays mood-based music.

It is launching with six moods to choose from: You & Me (romance); Motivation; Chill; Melancholy; Focus; and Party. The feature is launching on Deezer’s Android and iOS apps, and like its parent will be based on the tracks and artists that listeners have liked, including recommendations of new music related to them.

In separate news, Deezer and the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) are buddying up for the fourth consecutive year, with an ADE 2021 music channel launching on Deezer, and an exclusive playlist that will also live on ADE’s website as a widget.
