The UK’s Music Publishers Association (MPA) is getting into the podcast game, with a focus on inspiring the next generation of publishers with their businesses.

Launched by its Futures Group, the ‘MPA Futures Group Podcast’ will interview senior figures from the publishing industry, and dig into key market trends.

The first episode is out now: an interview with Reservoir Reverb Publishing’s Charlie Pinder and singer/songwriter Alfie Jackson.

“The MPA is dedicated to nurturing our younger colleagues and any businesses or individuals who are new to the publishing community,” said MPA CEO Paul Clements.

“The podcast series will provide access to conversations with leading executives and creatives, leveraging their insight to support a diverse audience,” promised MPA Futures Group co-chair Natalie Kassner.
