Smart-links firm Linktree has announced four new deals to boost its work with musicians and labels. They include an integration with Bandsintown, so that artists can show their upcoming concerts (plus ticket links) in their Linktree profiles.
The company has also added two more streaming services to its list of partners: Audiomack and SoundCloud.
“As with Linktree’s embeds with Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube, creators can display full length tracks from playlists, albums, and songs instantly from Audiomack, as well as audio previews on SoundCloud,” explained the company. “Both embeds display playlists directly on Linktree.”
All this ties in to Linktree’s ‘Music Link’ feature, which artists can use to automatically gather links to their tracks across 16 streaming services, and add others manually.
Bandsintown, Audiomack, SoundCloud… who’s the fourth deal with? Community, the messaging-focused marketing platform. People using that will now be able to get fans to sign up to their messaging lists from Linktree.
The announcements build on Linktree’s music expansion, which in August 2021 included the acquisition of music-links startup Songlink/Odesli.
