Beggars Group is home to XL, Young, 4AD, Rough Trade and Matador. We are looking for a Digital Operations Manager, working in our New York office.

Responsibilities will include data preparation, asset management and the supply of new products into the Digital Supply Chain. Working closely with all members of the Global Digital Operations team, the role will ensure a smooth and seamless continuation of operations as the company shifts from GMT/BST to EST/PST focussed hours as well as supporting the US Director of Digital Operations in tasks as required to ensure the best coverage for all artists and labels across the group. 

This role will have a specific and specialised focus on emerging UGC platforms to identify and claim content not currently claimed by the business, working to improve both revenue and operational efficiency on the platform.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a data driven role, with strong analytical skills, a process-driven approach and the ability to digest and prioritise information.

An interest in emerging social media and technical platforms hosting music content would be an advantage as would a basic understanding of music rights.
