Royalty Manager – BMG – London


We are hiring! We are looking for a Royalty Manager to join our Royalties, Income Tracking and Audit team at our London office!



To provide support to the Senior Director – Royalties & Audits in all aspects of Transactional and Reporting for Recording, Publishing & Neighbouring Rights



  • Help with loading & reconciling of all Advances, Expenses & Costs
  • Clearing of errors for all systems and/or liaising with relevant departments, royalty rates, product set up, suspense etc.
  • Liaising with Supply chain to help clean distributors
  • Help looking after clients that are monitored outside the system
  • Calculating any adjustments due and adding them to the system.
  • Understanding of contracts for all aspects of Royalties
  • Sending of reports to NR Societies
  • Knowing the Royalties calendars, to ensure deadlines are met
  • Helping with ensuring that LODs across the department are sent and ensuring that the relevant people have set up the information in the system
  • Helping with the setup of licensing products ensuring that they have been set up and linked accordingly
  • Dealing with in queries filtered from the client services team.
  • All roles are interchangeable during peak periods and assistance should be given where needed.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Senior Director as and when needed



  • Experience in the music industry
  • An understanding of society collections and distributions

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Interest in music and the industry

  • Experience in project managing
  • Other languages a plus
