Authentic Artists is one of the startups creating a roster of avatar artists, and it made headlines in June this year when it secured funding from Warner Music Group. Now the startup has launched a tool for people to play with one of its artists and its AI-music technology.
The tool is called ‘The Mutatinator‘ and it features an artist called DJ Dragoon. Visitors can pull his nose and tongue around and expand his eyeballs (just like you would to a human artis… no wait!) to make Authentic Artists’ AI engine change the music.
It’s the first of several planned sandbox toys for people to interact with the company’s tech.
Meanwhile, Authentic Artists is also now releasing music on streaming service Audius, and launching a new line of NFTs that will enable buyers to mint their own AI-composed tracks.
