every taylor swift song ever fest

Yes, every single one. Which according to the latest blurb means 194 Taylor Swift songs will be performed at the two-day ‘Every. Taylor. Song. Ever. Fest!‘ in Atlanta this weekend.

No, it’s not Taylor Swift herself performing them. The event is the work of the Songs For Kids Foundation, which runs music programs for children and young adults who are ill, injured or disabled.

100 of those young people will be the performers at the festival, which besides being a physical concert will also be livestreamed on Songs For Kids’ YouTube channel and Facebook page.

“We’ve always wondered, when it comes to performing, being adored and cheered, why does it seem like so few people qualify?” said Josh Rifkind, founder and executive director of the organisation.

“We’ve been enthusiastically flipping that script for 16 years at Songs For Kids, and you’ll be right there alongside us as our community honours the ability in all of us.”

The festivals tarts at 11am local-time on Saturday 12 November to ensure the performers (who will presumably be hoping Swift doesn’t surprise-drop a bunch of new tracks in the meantime) have enough time over the weekend to squeeze all 194 songs in.
