fnatic music

Fnatic is one of the big names in the esports world, with its teams of professional gamers competing in tournaments based on League of Legends, Fortnite, FIFA and numerous other franchises.

Like a growing number of its rivals (FaZe Clan for example) Fnatic is also trying to expand its business into merchandise and entertainment – now including music.

Fnatic has launched its own label called Fnatic Music, and released a compilation album of lo-fi hip-hop called ‘Fnatic Island Vol. 1’. It features more than 40 artists, including tracks that specifically mention some of Fnatic’s team members and influencers.

And since this is lo-fi hip-hop, there’s a 24-7 YouTube stream of the music, complete with cartoon animations of some of those people. According to Dexerto, the artists involved will get 60% of the royalties from the project.
