British group Easy Life certainly aren’t scared of the metaverse. Having featured in a Fortnite performance in 2021, now they’re working with startup Xone on a ‘dream house’.

It’s based on their latest album cover, and delivered as a virtual world for fans to visit on their phones. Accessed through Xone’s app, it lets fans create an avatar and explore the house, collecting items and meeting one another.

It’s also designed as an entry-point to the features of Xone’s wider platform, where they can create their own rooms.

This is a multi-week campaign, with new sections of Easy Life’s house opening up every week, including a performance by the band’s avatars in its attic in the fifth week.

It’s the most high-profile artist collaboration so far for Xone, which joined the music-focused Abbey Road red incubator in July 2022. Xone was also a finalist in our Music Ally SI:X startups contest last year.
