Lead: Bubbling under for years, the idea of fan patronage for artists has reached a fascinating point of maturity, with major label acts now looking (albeit tentatively) at what they can do here. “The only ingredient you need is a loyal community – a community that finds true value in your work,” says Anthony Privitelli from Patreon.
